What do you do?
Our birthday sessions last two and a half hours and incorporate a journey to the camp itself, which is tucked away in the woods, activities at the camp and often (though every party is different) a craft session using found materials. We try to tailor the activities to the child’s interests as well as their age, so for example, if they like pirates (as my youngest does) then we may pretend to be pirates marooned on a desert island, and have to journey back to our pirate camp, collecting items to help us as we go. We could, though, as easily be exploring a Fairy Kingdom, survivors of a plane crash or searching for dragons.
How much does it cost?
The total cost is dependent on how many children you would like to invite.
We charge £500 outside the M25 and £600–£650 (depending on site) inside the M25 for a 2.5 hour session for up to 15 children. 16–24 children cost £750 for sites outside the M25 and £900 for our London sites. All costs include VAT.

We charge a £50 deposit to commence the process of checking availability (refundable if we are unable to hold the party for you) which will be deducted from your final invoice.
We provide all the materials, but we don’t provide food. You can have a picnic after the event (not before please, as we have quite a lot of excitement and exercise!) or towards the end. Our leaders are all enhanced-DBS checked and ITC outdoor first aid certified, and (of course) have lots of experience working with children. Should the weather be bad we set up tarps to keep the rain off and as they always want to build shelters we would work that in to keep everyone cosy. We only cancel if the wind is very high, which would be dangerous.
The birthday boy or girl will receive a Wild Learning Den Building Kit as part of the package. If there are two birthday children we will give each of them one of our Fire Lighting Kits.
